Travel nursing has become a major job opportunity for nurses across the United States. The main purpose of developing this arena of nursing is to fill up the nursing shortage especially in the United States. In this system, nurses are relocated for short-term nursing positions in different locations of the country.

Travel nursing has been accepted as the only solution for providing adequate manpower in the different hospitals and health acre facilities in the United States. In return, travel nursing agencies are offering lucrative incentives ranging from relocation assistance and furnished housing to stipends and bonuses to qualified registered nurses.
